These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of thevoipguru.com (the "Site"), operated by The VOIP Guru ("The VOIP Guru," "we," "us," or "our"), powered by TVG Tech. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

We provide this Site to share information about our independent VoIP and business-phone advisory service and to let you request our help. You may use the Site for your own lawful, business purposes. You agree not to:

The VOIP Guru is an independent buying advisor. We compare providers and make recommendations on your behalf, and the vendor — not you — pays our fee. Any agreement you enter into for phone service is between you and that vendor.

3. Estimates Are Not Quotes

Our VoIP Cost Calculator and any savings figures, comparisons, or projections on the Site are estimates provided for general informational purposes only. They are based on the information you enter and on assumptions that may not match your actual situation. They are not a quote, an offer, a guarantee of savings, or a commitment of any kind. Your actual costs and savings will depend on the provider you choose, your specific requirements, and the terms you negotiate. Do not rely on these estimates as your sole basis for a purchasing decision.

4. No Warranties

The Site and all content, tools, and estimates on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. 8. Indemnification
